Gwyneth Borden began her career on Capitol Hill and has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors and for organizations ranging from IBM to startups to trade associations. In 2022, Gwyneth founded Remynt based on her experience around the misaligned incentives in debt collection. With Remynt, Gwyneth has achieved numerous recognitions, being named an SVB Luminary Fellow, winning Money2020 America's Got Access Pitch Competition (2022) and Visa Everywhere Black Edition (2023), being named the Rising Star Startup by Founder Institute for US/Canada (2023); third place winner SVB - StartupOS pitch competition at AfroTech (2023) and in the Harvard Business School New Black Venture Competition (2024), and a finalist in the XTC x CES Pitch Competition (2023) and the USA Women in Payments Unicorn Challenge. Recently, Remynt received a Best of Show Award at Finovate Spring (2024).
